New Agent Training Program
We invite you to apply for our personalized agent training program, where you will receive one-to-one training and support with your Business Development Manager.
Become part of the CMI Top 50 program and learn how to become a consistent mortgage producer and be an above-average Mortgage Agent.
We accept a maximum of 3 candidates per month, due to the personalized nature of our approach.
Position Requirements:
- Applicants MUST have graduated from an Agent licensing course
- Applicants should have a strong command of the English language
- Willing to dedicate at least 30 hours per week towards mortgage duties
- Able to identify their potential sources to generate mortgage business
Existing Agent / Senior Agent Program
